Chicken & Chinese Cabbage


This is the simplest of stir‐fries: You don't have to parboil the vegetables, as you do with many others. Napa cabbage shreds nicely and cooks quickly, but you can use bok choy (cut it small), ordinary green head cabbage, or Savoy cabbage.
